What a Virtual Visit?
A Virtual Visit is a Live Video Consult where we are interacting over a private video connection using either facetime or zoom.
Why choose a Virtual Visit instead of waiting until the social distancing guidelines are lifted?
For many people, staying home and putting up with pain, declining endurance, declining balance, and doing less is a risk worth taking compared to the risk of community infection during the COVID-19 outbreak.
We are all making difficult decisions right now, putting your body’s needs off to the future does not have to be one of them.
What you can expect from Virtual Sessions
Set up in a comfortable place with your video platform set to go a few minutes before the call. You will receive a link to click on when we schedule a call and another just before the call, just in case.
After our session, you will receive an email with the recommendations we discussed and confirmation of additional appoints if you need additional visits. You may get what you need in one session.
*New Clients: Intake forms will be sent to you prior to your visit and need to be returned the day before we meet. This will help focus on the conversation on what is most important for you. We want to hear your concerns, experiences, and barriers to feeling well.

There are a lot of changes happening and possibly YES, some insurances are covering Virtual Visits and yours may be one of them.

*Additional Options: We are also offering reasonable self-pay options for those with an insurance provider we do not accept.
Here is how to book your Virtual Consultation
Send an email to email@example.com include your full name, phone number, email address, and briefly what you would like to address. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours.
*Existing Clients: plan for 30-minute appointments.
*New Clients: plan for 45-60 minutes.
After scheduling your session you will receive:
*New Clients will receive an intake form and instructions on how to return the form 24 hours if possible
before your session.
*New & Existing Clients: An email with a link to the online platform and instruction reminders on how to prepare for the session.
