Hand Pain Relief for Quilters: A Virtual Event

 August 13th, 2020 at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm CST  

 

In this unique workshop participants will learn best practice body mechanics and exercises for joint pain relief common with quilting and other crafts. For more information visit the Madison Modern Quilting Guild.

SUCCESS STORIES

I came here because my balance wasn’t good. I was running and falling a lot. I also had pain in my back. I had been through PT and they had me practicing standing on one foot which was good but, I couldn’t do it without holding onto something. 

 

Since I started the brain-based training exercises, I haven’t fallen once. I can stand on one foot.  I feel steadier and more confident. If I do start to lose my balance, I easily catch myself. When I have back pain, I know what to do to relieve it. The exercises are easy. I do them at work, in the car, at home. I love running it’s so relaxing. I am glad I found this way of exercising to keep my body moving well.
