Balance Skills for Winter Play

 Tuesday, December 17th, 2019 at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm CST  

 

Having fun in and out of doors is the easiest way to keep your body moving and healthy.

 

This month, the FREE balance class will include a complimentary 10-minute movement safety assessment for anyone who is wondering if they need balance training and where to start.

 

We will also go over the types of programs you can do at home and when you would benefit from professional help. To top it off no training is complete without a little geek. I will continue to go over exercises from the 3 Pillars of Balance for those of you who are training for a specific sport like ice skating.

 

This is open to people from beginner to expert. Don't miss the fun. RSVP at the link below as space is limited.

 

SUCCESS STORIES

I came here because my balance wasn’t good. I was running and falling a lot. I also had pain in my back. I had been through PT and they had me practicing standing on one foot which was good but, I couldn’t do it without holding onto something. 

 

Since I started the brain-based training exercises, I haven’t fallen once. I can stand on one foot.  I feel steadier and more confident. If I do start to lose my balance, I easily catch myself. When I have back pain, I know what to do to relieve it. The exercises are easy. I do them at work, in the car, at home. I love running it’s so relaxing. I am glad I found this way of exercising to keep my body moving well.
